Our working method step by step
Step 1 Inventory
We look at our client's needs and take stock of what is required, whether it is a move, renovation or a completely new project. Our professional team takes the time to listen and consider specific needs, space utilization and design preferences. This gives us insight into key activities and how the layout can best support the organization's purpose and operations.
Step 2 Design
Project requirements are refined by the client and the project manager. The client's vision and the architectural concept are aligned. We then gradually work toward a final layout and design with material and color choices, a lighting plan if desired, and sustainable solutions for an effective, healthy and inspiring environment.
Sustainability begins on the drawing board. In the first phase, the right choices are made that determine whether a product or design can be applied sustainably.
Step 3 The schedule
We coordinate the client's needs and requirements with our experts and provide effective coordination throughout the move or remodel process. The project manager manages logistics, schedules, communication, consultation, and budget.
We work from preliminary to final design with the completion date as our goal. Communication and evaluation moments with improvement points and adjustment moments are well included in our planning.

Step 4 Preparing logistics
Our project managers are responsible for ensuring that all parties are properly involved and that people and materials are available on time. Project requirements are carefully documented and we get to work! Detailed working drawings are created. A comprehensive project proposal describes estimated costs and timelines, providing an overview of project parameters within budget. We consult with partners and suppliers to ensure accurate execution. We go to great lengths to ensure a flawless, worry-free execution.
Step 5 Execution
The expertise of the project manager and the resources at our disposal, such as our own means of transportation, our own warehouse and storage facilities, which ensure efficient delivery of all products at once, seamless coordination of logistics and successful execution of the architectural design. For projects with high demands, precise planning and strict deadlines, Lensvelt has a proven track record. For complex organizations such as Schiphol Airport, we demonstrate our ability to deliver results on time.
