Responsible Production and CO2 Reduction
Avoiding overproduction and unnecessary CO2 emissions, we've chosen not to produce ourselves but to collaborate with flexible suppliers. For each project, we carefully select the most suitable partner, preventing overproduction and minimizing our environmental footprint.
Local Production, Reduced CO2 Emissions
Our partners are all located within an hour's travel time from our base in Breda. This not only supports local entrepreneurship but also significantly reduces CO2 emissions. Local production means less transportation, contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable production chain.
Sustainable Energy: Harnessing the Power of the Sun
By choosing Lensvelt, you're also investing in clean energy. Our Breda facility is covered with solar panels that generate more electricity than we use in both Breda and Amsterdam combined. This reduces our reliance on non-renewable energy sources.

Smart packaging and efficient transport
Thanks to our in-house warehouse, we work with optimal order volumes. Our dedicated transport means follow efficient routes visiting both customers and suppliers, minimizing empty trucks. We strive to use plastic and cardboard sparingly, as our efficient transportation methods often require only simple packaging with furniture blankets.
Offsetting CO2 Footprint through our tree planting program
Despite all our efforts, some level of CO2 emissions is inevitable. That's why we've established the "A Tree For A Workstation" program. For every workstation purchased, we plant a tree.
